In October 2024 I went to the Peruvian Jungle and spent 2 weeks on an incredible location in the midst of the Amazon. When I left that place, I knew I was going to come back. In the months of integration I received many questions of people who asked me if I could take them into the jungle for an experience. And this planted the seed to create a trip with my tribe into the magical jungle. 

The location is in the middle of the Amazon. Depending on the amount of rain, we might have to take the boat to the place to reach out destination. For me personally the jungle feels like home, however I also noticed that for many participants that were there, it can feel quite challenging too. 

During this immersion in the plant medicine world, we will be journeying with Grandmother Ayahuasca 4 times and Grandfather Huachuma (San Pedro) once. During the day there will be other ceremonies to connect with different plant allies that can help us to prepare for the ceremonies in the evening. All journeys are optional and you can always decide not to participate in a ceremony. One of the rituals I enjoyed most was having a plant bath to help cleansing the aura. But also the mud baths after a ceremony were fun and cleansing.

Besides that I will be offering breathwork, womb healing, integration sessions, 121 time with those who need it outside of the ceremonies. In the ceremonies I will be there too, but the indigenous Shamans are leading them with great reference and care. My lovely co-creator Dawn, who is the one who helps me with the organization of this immersion, is an amazing Pilates teacher and trauma informed coach who will be by your side too. 

The accommodations offered are all individual occupied. They are basic but have their own bathroom and shower facilities. Mind you, the showers are only cold water showers, but to be honest in the heat and humidity of the jungle, those cold showers are lush! During the night there are guards walking around and if you need any assistance or help, they are always nearby.

In the 3 weeks prior to the retreat I will offer a 1 hour support call for everyone on Sunday afternoon (times to be confirmed) to check in with the preparation of the journey, to answer questions and to support you on the road to Peru. (I will already be in the jungle and on the location when doing these calls!)

In the beautiful mountains of Tarbena, there is a hidden treasure to be discovered. A sacred land where time stands still. A place which asks you to slow down and retreat into you. Here I will be offering a 5 day immersion into the power of mother earth, teaching you how to spiral deeply into you and our great mother. As we slow down, we open up to the whispers of the wind, the wisdom of the mountains and the songs of the birds.

In this 5 day immersion I will prepare you gently for your Ayahuasca experiences. The focus to prepare ourselves for the journey is to slow down. On the arrival day we will open the Sacred Space and get to know each other a little better. In the evening there will be a surprise element to help calming your nervous system. On day 2 and 3 there will be an Ayahuasca journey in the evenings and during the day time I will spend 121 time with everyone to help with the preparation as well as the integration of the journeys we have made. I will also offer small ceremonies during the day to prepare for the evening ceremony and will offer Plant Baths to help and clear your Aura. On the 4th day we will spend most of the time to integrate these 2 journeys and we will also close Sacred Space again. Day 5 will be a last good breakfast together and than I will take you back to the airport. 

You will be sleeping in a cozy wooden cabin in a single bed and shared rooms. The wooden cabin is comfortable and has amazing views. There will be a maximum group size of 6. 

My lovely friend and amazing cook Dieke will be preparing nutritious vegetarian/vegan food for us to keep our bellies happy and she will also be one of the facilitators during the ceremony. If you have any food allergies or sensitivities please let us know, because this is not a problem to adapt to.
