During the year I am offering some long and short term online healing circles that can be done in the comfort of your own home. I have been offering these circles from 2017 and love to empower the beautiful souls to awaken to their self-healing ability! Here is an overview of the current program that will start soon!
Womb Healing journey
6 Week ONLINE course – April – May 2023
The 6 week course that I am offering (starting in April 2023) is all about clearing the Womb Space. Every week, we peel off a layer of energy, emotions and experiences that are not aligned with our divine purpose. And over those 6 weeks big shifts can be experienced.
Shamanic Journeys in the lower world
3 Days ONLINE course – 24th, 25th, 26th of March 2023
Shamanic Journeys are beautiful journeys to explore the different Shamanic Realms and to seek wisdom and truth. In this weekend we will gather and explore the Shamanic lower world to which we can descend in different ways.
Womb Healing journey – ONLINE April 2023
Many of us have been heard about the other 2 power houses and some have been able to activate them: the pineal gland (our knowing, connection to spirit and visions) and our heart (compassionate love, and the giver and receiver of this love), but not so many have actually heard about let alone activate their Womb energy!
When we are able to activate and truly connect and align our power centers, life becomes different. There is a different sense of centeredness and groundedness that comes through.
But before we can embrace these centers and use the energy that is available to us to work FOR us, rather then against us, there might be some work to do. The thing is, that we store a lot of our energy, emotions and experiences in the Womb. And this centers functions like a magnet. When we are clear in this space, our energy attracts circumstances, situations and people that are in alignment with our highest purpose. When we are not clear in it, well, this means often that a repetition of certain events or people are coming into our lives that are pulling us away from this aligned self.
The 6 week course that I am offering (starting in April 2023) is all about clearing the Womb Space. Every week, we peel off a layer of energy, emotions and experiences that are not aligned with our divine purpose. And over those 6 weeks big shifts can be experienced.
Within this program I am offering 6 online LIVE sessions. All the live sessions will be recorded and you are able to access these ceremonies for your lifetime. It is a wonderful opportunity to do this journey life but if you cannot attend the live sessions you can still join and do the journey with all the recordings and I will be offering email support to you.
This work is very powerful when you feel the call to explore this center, to overcome trauma or traumatic experiences that are still affecting your daily life, to attract healthier relationships in your life, to balance your masculine and feminine energies, to set better boundaries, to overcome and understand heavy conditioning and to receive clarity on your purpose! But most of it all, it reconnects you to your own personal energy and therefor you are able to express and feel your own needs and having a greater sense of I AM.

Week 1 - Awaken your feminine centers
This journey is to prepare you for the rest of the course. We will take a shamanic journey into our bodies. As we are breathing our source light into our bodies we are allowing the body to release emotions, energies, memories and beliefs that are blocking us from really awakening and connecting our feminine power centers: the pineal gland, the heart and the womb. This is a session that you can repeat as many times as you want in your life and I will take the time to explain how to use this as a practice to keep you aligned and balanced.

Together with the recording of the first session I will include a link to the ceremony to really learn to listen to herstory. This is to prepare you for the deeper work and to learn to recognize her voice. The aim for this is to understand how we can communicate and what stories or wisdom she wants you to know before we continue!
Week 1 - Awaken your womb

This journey is to prepare you for the rest of the course. We will take a shamanic journey into our bodies. As we are breathing our source light into our bodies we are allowing the body to release emotions, energies, memories and beliefs that are blocking us from really awakening and connecting our feminine power centers: the pineal gland, the heart and the womb.
And now that we have created this awakening I will take you straight on a deeper journey in which I am giving you the opportunity to bring a source healing light into your womb for a profound healing experience.
Week 2 - Divine Union of masculine & feminine energies
Our perspective on the masculine energy is not always clean and clear. In this ceremony I will share some information around the masculine energy when it is divine and when it is distorted and it will become visible where you are carrying imprints inside of you that is the distorted masculine energy. We will clear these imprints and invasion from our Womb to open the portal and being able to invite in the divine masculine energy.
And as the divine masculine energy is now present we will use this powerful and safe energy to hold space and bring healing to our deepest feminine wounds so that our feminine energy can be retrieved back through the Shamanic ritual: Soul Retrieval. And these 2 amazing energies start to be brought back into divine union.
Week 3 - Ancestral Healing
Many of our beliefs, patterns and wounding are actually not ours, but have been transmitted through our ancestral lineages. In this ceremony I will be guiding you into a practice where we will invite in the ancestors of you maternal lineage. This is a healing ceremony for you, as well as for your maternal ancestors. An absolute magical experience and a powerful way to heal (part of) your motherwound.
I will also guide you back to your very first ancestor who holds codes of wisdom and we will be weaving this wisdom back into your Womb Space.
Week 4 - Healing the masculine energy
Our perspective on the masculine energy is not always clean and clear. In this ceremony I will share detailed information around the masculine energy when it is divine and when it is distorted and it will become visible where you are carrying imprints inside of you that is the distorted masculine energy. We will clear these imprints and invasion from our Womb to open the portal and being able to invite in the divine masculine energy.
Week 5 - Restore your boundaries
Our body is our temple, is a sentence we hear often. But how can we experience this and embody it? This is what we will be working on in this session. We will look at the situations where we have allowed energy in from others which is often connected to our feminine savior archetype. When we consciously or unconsciously invite in energy from other this oftentimes causes our energy to shatter and disperse. We will also have a closer look to whom we are leaking out our energy in an attempt to safe someone, which is also heavily linked to the savior pattern.
Last but not least we will clear the codependent bonds we have created with someone to really feel we are more vertically aligned rather then horizontally connected. Co-dependent bonds are ways of connecting with each other, but the reality is that these bonds are highly toxic and draining you and the person you are connected with. Clearing these bonds is an act of love and it helps to make the sacred temple even stronger because all that energy will come back to where it belongs: you!
Week 6 – Black Light Journey and restoring the connection to the earth
A journey into the mystical black light. This is a deep shamanic journey where you are releasing yourself on a physical, emotional and energetic level. You are journeying back to your essence, your zero point of your existence where you can experience who you are without all these layers around you and meet your inner sacred woman.
And we will close this 6 week journey to reconnect our Wombs to the Womb of Mother Earth for restoration and integration of all our journeys together!

Shamanic Journeys in the lower world
In this 3 day course I will teach you different ways how to descend to the lower world using my Shamanic drum, my rattles and guidance through my voice. It gives you the opportunity to explore what you feel comfortable with and works for you..
Shamanic Journeywork should not be underestimated. We are connecting to a realm in which only exists the truth and it can be the start of a big transformation. We can be confronted, challenged but also supported and feeling deeply loved.
This course will be done online and recorded. And although I prefer to see you online on the times below, you can also join this course if you cannot attend the live sessions.
No previous experience is needed, but an open, adventurous and curious heart is highly appreciated.
