Shamanic Ceremonies &
Plant Medicines

My path as a shamanic practitioner has led me through year of working with sacred ceremony, plant medicines (psychedelic and non-psychedelic), energetic healing, ritual, prayer, music, breathwork and deep inner exploration.

Rather than following strict structured, I work in ways that honors both the spiritual and human aspects of transformation, creating spaces that are grounded, safe, intentional and centered around genuine connection, presence, authenticity and integration.

Opening doors

Shamanic work and plant medicine have the ability to open doors within us that are often difficult to access through the mind and body alone. They can bring unconscious patterns into awareness, reconnect us to emotion, intuition, grief, purpose, love, fear, the body, nature, and the deeper intelligence that exists beneath our conditioning.

I believe this work asks for deep responsibility. Because these experiences can be incredibly beautiful, but also deeply confronting. They can open vulnerable layers within the nervous system, emotions, psyche, and body that require safety, integrity, presence, and proper integration.

My work is rooted in a combination of shamanic practices, embodiment, nervous system awareness, trauma-informed facilitation, energetic healing, breathwork, music, intuitive guidance, ritual, and deep presence.

I work with great respect for the medicines, the traditions they come from, and the responsibility that comes with facilitating transformational spaces. For me, ceremony is not about performance or creating a spiritual identity. It is about creating a safe and intentional container where people can soften enough to truly listen to themselves. Sometimes that process feels expansive and heart-opening. Sometimes it brings grief, fear, resistance, or emotions that have been held for a very long time.

All of it is welcome.

How can these ceremonies help you?

Plant medicines are not magic solutions that heal us for us. I see them as amplifiers, as teachers and mirrors that can help illuminate what is already living within us. Consciously and unconsciously.

They can offer profound insights, emotional release, reconnection, clarity, and moments of deep remembrance. But true transformation often happens afterwards, in the way we integrate those experiences into our daily lives, relationships, choices, boundaries, and way of being. This is why integration is such an important part of my work. Because insight without embodiment often fades. And transformation without grounding can become destabilizing.

My relationship to shamanism & ceremonial work.

My relationship with shamanic work and sacred ceremony has been a deeply transformative part of my own path for many years. Over time I have immersed myself in working with different traditions, plant medicines, ceremonial practices and forms of healing that continue to shape the way I hold space today.

This path has brought me into deep relationship with both the beauty and the responsibility of ceremonial work, teaching me that true facilitation is not about leading from ego or authority, but from presence, humility, integrity and deep listening.

The spaces I hold are influenced by this ongoing path of learning, devotion, embodiment and respect for the medicines, the traditions and the people who enter these spaces.
